Change in life is inevitable; when not properly planned and managed, the smallest of all changes can turn the tables negatively. However, the need for organizations to meet and to cope with changing conditions requires innovation, creativity and flexibility.
This course is designed to give participants a sound understanding of change; need, process, transition and management. Participants will examine in details current change management techniques. It will also help to identify the external and internal forces that cause change, and develop knowledge required to promote the use, implementation of innovative work practices to effect and manage changes so there will be minimal (if at all), zero workplace disruption.
