Course Overview: Microsoft Office remains the most popular and commonly used of all computer software packages. Its use however which though quite simple has been observed as being a challenge to even very senior managers. This course will take participants through on the little details and knowhow of every single feature of the most commonly used and relevant of these packages. Microsoft is a set of different processing software used for various things; calculations (Excel), to type letters, reports, and other documents (Word), develop presentations (PowerPoint) and so many more packages.

 

Research has shown that about 65% of employees learn their major computing skills on the job which often than not costs the organization in time, and loss of important materials or worse still distribution of extremely important information to the wrong recipients.  Therefore, this course is designed for relatively fresh employees and participants who have worked with computers for less than 1 year. This course is specifically designed to teach participants on the uses of Microsoft tools. This in turn affects business development.
